Request to Delete Your Data — Daily Life Assistant
Daily Life Assistant (developer: Havasoft) lets you delete app data without deleting your cloud account (email sign-in). Follow the steps below.

Option 1 — Delete specific data (in the app)
Use this when you only want to remove some entries.
- Open Daily Life Assistant on your device.
- Go to the screen for the item you want to remove (expense, income, task, recipe, goal, etc.).
- Use Delete / swipe-to-delete (as shown on that screen).
- Confirm deletion.
What is deleted: only the item(s) you choose.
What is kept: your account (if signed in), all other data, Premium status on the device.
Retention: deleted items are removed from the app immediately. If you use cloud sync, the change is synced to our cloud backend (Supabase) when online.
Option 2 — Delete all app data but keep your account
Use this to erase everything in the app and start fresh, without deleting your email login.
- Open Daily Life Assistant.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Backup & data (or the backup/data section).
- Tap Clear app data / Delete all data.
- Read the confirmation message and confirm.
What is deleted:
- All ledgers and details on this device (income, expenses, budgets, savings, loans, goals, todos, recipes, menus, shopping lists, etc.)
- If you are signed in to a cloud account and use cloud sync: the matching copy stored for your account on our cloud backend
What is kept:
- Your cloud account (email sign-in) — you stay signed in unless you sign out
- Premium status stored on this device (if any)
- Payment records held by Google Play / App Store (not in the app)
Retention: deletion is immediate in the app; cloud mirror is cleared when the wipe completes successfully. We do not keep a separate copy of wiped ledger data for recovery.
Note: If you are a member of someone else’s shared book, this action may be restricted until you leave that book.
Option 3 — Delete local data only (uninstall)
- Uninstall Daily Life Assistant from your device.
What is deleted: all data stored only on that device.
What is kept: data on our cloud backend if you had cloud sync enabled and were signed in (until you use Option 2 while signed in, or Option 4).
Option 4 — Request deletion by email
For help deleting cloud data you cannot remove in the app, contact us (see Request to delete your account to delete your cloud login):

- Include: the email address used for your cloud account (if any), what you want deleted (specific data), and the platform (Android / iOS).
We aim to respond within 30 days. Cloud data deletion is completed after we verify the request where applicable.
Delete your cloud account
To delete your account (email login) and all associated backend data, follow: Request to delete your account.
Data we do not control
- Backup files you exported to Google Drive, iCloud, or other locations — delete those files where you saved them.
- Google Play purchase and subscription history — manage via your Google account.
