- Ensure that entered data is legal
- Must not use the application for:

- System sabotage
4. Application Rights and Responsibilities

The application is not responsible for:
- Data loss due to user deleting the application
- Device damage, loss, or jailbreak/root
Note: The application operates on a local-first model, meaning data is stored on your device.
5. Data & Backup
Data Storage
- Data is stored on the user’s device by default
- The application does not store data on a server
Backup
- Backup is actively performed by the user
- Backup files are managed and stored by the user
Data Loss
The application does not guarantee data will remain if:
- User deletes the application
- Device is reset
- No backup is performed
6. Premium Package
Premium Features
The Premium package helps unlock advanced features of the application.
Package Types
- Can be lifetime or time-based (monthly, yearly)
- Payments are processed through App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
Premium Status
- Premium status is linked to device / store ID
- The application does not process payments directly
Note: The application uses the term “Premium Package” or “Usage Status” instead of “subscription” or “account”.
7. Purchase Restoration
How to Restore
Users can restore Premium status through the “Restore Purchase” function in the application.
- Restoration depends on App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
- The application does not guarantee successful restoration in all cases
8. Limitation of Liability
The application is not responsible for:
- Financial losses due to user entering incorrect data
- Personal financial decisions of users
- Data loss beyond the application’s control
9. Terms Changes
Terms Updates
- Terms may be updated over time
- New versions of terms will be published on the website (GitHub Pages)
Agreement to New Terms
- Continued use of the application after terms are updated is understood as agreement to the new terms
